INDIANAPOLIS — Don Lamb, director of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, toured the United Kingdom during a trade mission in November.
He visited several farms and discussed topics including ag technology, animal disease protection and the importance of conservation efforts.
Lamb traveled the UK alongside other state commissioners, directors and secretaries of agriculture from Arizona, Connecticut, Iowa, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Virginia.
“Developing relationships with our trade partners is critical for establishing and maintaining trade opportunities for our exceptional Hoosier agricultural products,” he said.
