All States Ag Parts continues rubber track expansion with acquisition of Trojan Tracks

HUDSON, Wis. — All States Ag Parts, the leading agricultural and heavy equipment parts supplier in North America, announced the acquisition of Trojan Tracks, a leading supplier of rubber tracks, skid steer tires and undercarriage parts for compact track loaders, mini excavators, directional drills and crawler dumpers.

With the addition of Trojan’s seven locations in the United States and Canada, All States now operates 49 locations in North America, including ag and construction equipment salvage yards, distribution centers, remanufacturing plants and customer service call centers.

All States employs over 850 employees in the United States and Canada. All current Trojan employees will be offered jobs with All States.

“The acquisition of Trojan continues our consolidation of the rubber track industry and will give us even more capacity to supply tracks for additional types of equipment,” said Bill Davidson, president and CEO of All States.

“Trojan’s distribution network furthers our goal of minimizing our customers’ machinery downtime by providing one-day delivery for replacement tracks and undercarriage parts.”

Trojan Tracks was founded by Jeff Verhiel and Derek Charles, both of whom have decades of experience working with light and heavy machinery.

Their firsthand knowledge of the frustration and costs associated with machinery downtime led to their vision of creating a rubber tracks and parts company.

Their goal was to provide superior products, exceptional customer service and same-day shipping to reduce machinery downtime.

Verhiel will be leaving the company to pursue other interests. Charles will remain with the new company to assist in the transition.

“Our original vision to provide our customers with one-day delivery throughout North America is taking a giant leap forward with All States Ag Parts. With dozens of distribution points there’s very few people we won’t be able to reach in one day,” Charles said.

“We’re pleased to be working with All States Ag Parts. All States is recognized for quality product standards and customer service standards. I’m pleased knowing that our customers will continue receiving the excellent service we’ve strived for at Trojan,” Verheil added.

Trojan has locations in California, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington, as well as British Columbia and Ontario.

All States and its subsidiaries carry parts for excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, articulated trucks, tractors, skid steers, combines and other ag and construction equipment.

Parts are stocked for virtually all brands of equipment, including John Deere, Case IH, Ford, New Holland, Allis Chalmers, Massey Ferguson, AGCO, Caterpillar, Komatsu and more.
