Improved FieldView experience in 2024

Includes new connectivity option with Precision Planting

FieldView is the flagship product of Climate LLC, the digital farming arm of Bayer. It gives farmers a deeper understanding of their fields so they can make more informed operating decisions to optimize yields, maximize efficiency and reduce risk.

ST. LOUIS — Climate FieldView, Bayer’s flagship digital farming platform, has improved customer experience for the 2024 crop season.

This includes enhanced capabilities in FieldView Plus, more robust and personalized features available through the new FieldView Premium subscription tier, as well as improvements to FieldView’s in-cab experience.

Also ready for 2024, Precision Planting announced that FieldView customers can now seamlessly transfer agronomic and farm equipment data from Panorama to their FieldView accounts.

The new Panorama app and website connects to a farmer’s Gen 3 20|20 to easily view maps, input summaries and agronomic data on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Testing took place throughout the 2023 season, and FieldView is one of the first platforms with the ability to receive data from Panorama, when a farmer chooses to make the connection.

“We focus on providing a best-in-class digital experience for our customers, and their input is what prioritizes our work in FieldView,” said Brandon Rinkenberger, chief customer officer for Climate LLC and digital farming at Bayer.

“The FieldView Cab app paired with a 20|20 continues to provide accurate real-time mapping of planting and harvest data, and we’ve added map layers and other enhancements to further improve the in-cab experience with Precision Planting. With Panorama, now farmers have an additional connectivity option outside of the cab.”

In addition to FieldView’s ongoing commitment and collaboration with Precision Planting, improved FieldView Plus features and new premium capabilities are now available for the 2024 season:

• Use Field Region Reports to analyze yield data by application.

• Search for connected API partners directly within FieldView.

• Receive personalized analysis and reports, delivered right to your inbox.

• Manage variable rate planting at scale with unlimited FieldView Seed Scripts.
