Loftness introduces 12-Foot Grain Bag Baler

Loftness has introduced a new 12-Foot Grain Bag Baler, capable of baling up used grain bags up to 12 feet in diameter.

HECTOR, Minn. — Loftness now offers a 12-foot Grain Bag Baler. It mounts to the 3-point hitch of a tractor and rolls up 9-, 10- or 12-foot diameter bags up to 500-feet long. It produces neat, tight bales that are easy to handle and fully prepped for recycling.

All functions of the 12-Foot Grain Bag Baler are hydraulically controlled to make the baling process fast and simple.

Control valve levers are conveniently mounted on the unit for superior visibility of the process, and an integral bag tensioner helps to keep bales tight.

When finished winding, operators can use a built-in sliding handle to securely tie the bales with twine. An enclosed twine ball holder provides a handy storage space for twine balls.

The 12-Foot Grain Bag Baler is made with a rugged 4-by-4-inch steel tube frame for maximum durability. It requires two hydraulic outlets to operate.

An employee-owned company, Loftness manufactures some of the industry’s toughest equipment for agricultural and vegetation management applications. This includes its highly regarded line of grain bagging equipment.

The agricultural suite also features heavy-duty fertilizer and lime spreaders, crop and vegetable shredders, rock pickers, ditchers and more.
