From the Fields: Always playing catch-up

We are fortunate to say we have all the seed in the ground. In our bottom ground we were able to plant early and the abundance of rain is allowing the crop to thrive.

While in our heavier soils, the excess moisture provided more of a challenge. Timing sure was tricky this year and continues to be an issue with spraying and sidedressing the crops.

It seems like we are in a constant game of catch-up as we bounce from field to field with the sprayer and toolbar.
