Free USDA food safety fact sheets available

October is National Farm to School Month. For more information visit www.farmtoschool.org.

WASHINGTON — Five new fact sheets about food safety are now available from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The resources are designed for USDA’s partners and stakeholders, including child nutrition program operators and farmers.

The documents include useful information and resources ranging from food safety to good agricultural practices.
