From the Fields: Weed control strategy works

We have great moisture. I know we have received over 12 inches of rain between June and so far in July. The creeks have been at the top of their banks, but I don’t know if any of them were really out.

The rains were spread out which made it a real challenge for post-spraying soybeans. But we finished spraying our beans on July 1 for weeds.

The soybeans have been pretty clean and I think weed control has been good overall compared to last year. There is nothing out there that I have noticed of any concern.
